Submit Your Photos

Join the Museum Without Walls™: AUDIO community by uploading your personal public art images to Flickr.com. Joining Flickr.com and sharing your photos is quick, easy, and free!

This is your chance to contribute: submit an old or new photograph, a unique detail shot, or just your smiling face next to your favorite sculpture. We want to see it!

How it works:

  1. Log-in to Flickr.com. If you don’t have a Flickr account, click “Create Your Account” and use your Yahoo! ID to sign in. Don’t have a Yahoo! ID? Click “Sign Up” to register for a free account.
  2. Select “Upload Photos and Videos” to upload images of specific Museum Without Walls artwork to your account.
  3. Select “Add a Description” to tag/label your photo(s). Please include: 1) Name of the artwork; 2) Name of the artist; 3) A description of the image or anything you wish to say about it. You must include the name of the artwork for your photo to be uploaded to our website.
  4. Click the “Groups” tab and search for our group name, Public Art Philadelphia.
  5. Click “Join this Group.”
  6. Select “Add Photos” on our group page to share your uploaded images! Your photos will be displayed on the Flickr group and will be periodically uploaded to the interactive map on the Museum Without Walls™: AUDIO website.

FPAA Photography Policy:

We May Use Your Images

Photographs from this Flickr group may be published on the Fairmount Park Art Association’s websites, email blasts, and communications with our funders. When possible, we will credit you with your Flickr username. We will not use your images for any other purpose without your express permission.

Prohibited Content and/or Activity

This is a moderated group and photos that do not relate to public art, or that violate our photography policy, will not be published. The Art Association reserves the right to determine which images are published, and to remove images at their discretion. Please do not post images of recognizable individuals unless you have their permission to do so.

The FPAA reserves the right to take appropriate action against anyone who posts content or engages in conduct that:

  • is obscene, patently offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, harassing, defamatory or libelous;
  • contains nudity, violence or offensive subject matter;
  • violates the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any person;
  • furthers or promotes any criminal activity or provides instructional information about illegal activities;
  • provides or creates computer viruses;
  • involves advertising, solicitation or sales activities.

The FPAA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents assume no responsibility for any injury or damages of any kind to participants or to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from posting, entering, uploading or downloading materials or any other use in connection with this group. The FPAA will use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information, but makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding this group. These rules are subject to change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the FPAA. Changes will be posted on the group site.
